  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Unit Information

The Pregnancy & Birth Center - L&D/PP- Level 2 unit at Middlesex Health is a 220-bed Labor and Delivery unit with 3-5 triage beds. The unit sees approximately 1000 births per year and has a ratio of 1:1 or sometimes 2:1 in Labor and Delivery. The unit also has a Level II Nursery with 1-3 infants per 1 RN and a section: Labor nurse, no scrubbing, required to Circulate.
