Job Title: Radiology Technologist - CT Scan Specialist

Job Summary:
Samba Care is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team as a CT Scan Specialist. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for preparing examination rooms, administering radiopharmaceuticals, and positioning patients and equipment for CT scans.

Responsibilities:
Preparing examination rooms for patient examinations
Administering radiopharmaceuticals to obtain clear, usable images
Positioning patients and equipment, explaining procedures, and ensuring patient comfort
Inserting commands and data into the computer to document and specify scan sequences, and monitoring video displays to adjust density or contrast
Monitoring patients during examinations, ensuring safety, and following procedures to prevent unnecessary exposure to radiation
Producing diagnostic images, reporting important information to physicians, and updating patient records
Organizing daily procedure schedules for emergencies and monitoring radiographic supplies
Performing administrative tasks, such as answering technical questions, scheduling appointments, and offering pre-procedure advice
Performing scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on radiographic equipment
