PrideStaff - Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team in a Warehouse Specialist role. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe movement of customer products within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the safe movement of customer products, including movement within unprocessed storage areas, transfer to processing areas, loading and unloading processed products, and staging products in processed areas.
  • Reviews product and process documents and instructions to ensure accurate processing and compliance with company standards.
  • Maximizes processing efficiency and minimizes downtime by monitoring equipment used for product movement and transfer, conducting minor repairs, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Accurately maintains product documentation and implements appropriate corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling environment, preferably in an FDA, ISO, or GMP environment.
  • Experience operating a forklift and ability to navigate through defined computer screens.
  • Above-average organizing and analytical skills, with good math skills and attention to detail.
  • Good attendance and punctuality record.
