As a **General Manager Trainee**, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading and developing a team of store associates, and driving sales growth and profitability.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide **GAS3** selling experience for DIY and professional customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and develop a team of store associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Drive sales growth and profitability by achieving personal and store sales goals, managing inventory, and controlling expenses.
- Manage DIY services, including battery installation, testing, and wiper installation, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the management of commercial delivery programs, including scheduling and inventory management.
**Requirements**
- 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 associates in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Successful experience managing profitability, with a proven track record of financial and business acumen.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- ASE certification preferred, but not required.
