  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the management of commercial delivery programs, including scheduling and inventory management.

**Requirements**

  • 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 associates in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Successful experience managing profitability, with a proven track record of financial and business acumen.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • ASE certification preferred, but not required.
