Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with a diverse group of K – 12 students, customizing services to address their individual needs and developmental stages.

- Evaluate and assist students in areas of speech, articulation, fluency, and language growth, using a comprehensive approach to improve their communication abilities.

- Work closely with classroom educators and other school staff to implement focused interventions, ensuring a unified strategy for student advancement.

- Conduct assessments and create detailed reports that highlight strengths and areas for improvement, concentrating on voice, speech, and fluency for informed decision-making.

- Design personalized treatment plans with a focus on the child and family, taking into account the unique circumstances of each student and their family.

- Actively participate in and/or lead Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing valuable insights and recommendations to support students' communication objectives.

- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations, ensuring the privacy and security of information related to children and their families.


Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field.
- Valid Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathology (SLP) license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and other professionals.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
