This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $17-$22 BOE, plus freight incentive pay.

As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer truck and/or flatbed, transporting goods and materials to designated locations in a timely and accurate manner.

You will load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, follow all traffic laws and regulations, and comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations.

Additional duties include inspecting vehicles before and after each trip, safe handling of hazardous materials, and maintaining accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery/pick-up times.

Requirements include a valid CDL Class A Driver's License, a minimum of 21 years old, and a clean driving record.

Preferred qualifications include a tanker endorsement and experience with Federal and State Department of Transportation laws and regulations.

This role requires strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and maintain an irregular work schedule.

Working conditions include OTR, regional, and local pick-ups and delivery, with extended time away from home, including overnight and frequent weekends.
