Corporate Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Trainer to lead our Training department at BEST FOOT FORWARD SOLUTION SERVICES LLC. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs across various areas, including healthcare compliance, conflict resolution, system training, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Department Oversight: Lead and manage the overall Training department, including direct supervisory responsibility for the Sr. Call Center Trainer, who oversees training programs dedicated to Call Center operations and agent success.
- Program Development: Design and develop impactful training materials tailored to the needs of internal staff and external clients.
- Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with all department leadership to identify organizational training needs and develop targeted curriculum that aligns with company goals and addresses critical skill gaps.
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring all training content meets the company's and our clients' standards.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs using participant feedback and performance metrics, adjusting content and delivery as needed to drive improvement.
- Compliance & Industry Alignment: Stay current on healthcare, legal, and industry compliance regulations, ensuring all training materials and practices align with evolving standards and client requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify gaps in current training programs or organizational practices and develop innovative solutions to improve employee engagement, productivity, and leadership development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, product development, and HR, to incorporate feedback and ensure training programs support broader company goals.
- Ongoing Support: Provide continuous guidance and support to employees and leadership, troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and offering additional training as needed.
- Training Software: Optimize current training software and research, evaluate, and procure training software and tools that enhance learning effectiveness, ensuring the technology meets our training needs and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of three years of experience in corporate training, preferably within the healthcare, insurance, or education sectors.
- Proven experience in managing a training department or team with strong supervisory and leadership skills and can effectively work unsupervised.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to develop and deliver effective, interactive training programs.
- Ability to drive meaningful change and identify and address training needs, focusing on continuous improvement and empowered problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Excels in a growth-focused and developing environment.
- Exhibits discretion in handling confidential medical and personal information.
- Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, and e-learning platforms.
