Medicus Healthcare Solutions is proud to partner with a leading healthcare facility in northern California to fill a Medical Director of Primary Care position.
This exciting opportunity offers a competitive base salary, quality and sign-on bonuses, and comprehensive benefits package.
About the Position:
- Setting: Outpatient
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (36 hours clinical, 4 hours administrative)
- Call: 2 weeks of phone-only call per year
- Duties: Lead a team of nurses and other staff, collaborate with the CEO, CMO, and Deputy Clinical Director
- Patient Population: All ages, open to any preference
- Daily Patient Volume: 17
- Working with full-office support staff
- Requirements:
- Board-certified or board-eligible
- 3+ years of experience in clinical/leadership
