At Laci Laird - State Farm Agent, we're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Specialist to join our team. As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing prompt and accurate service, and using a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options.

Responsibilities:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options

Qualifications:
State Farm experience preferred
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Dedicated to customer service
Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
Able to obtain a Life/Health License
Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
