Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool II position at St. Elizabeth Healthcare is an exciting opportunity for experienced nurses to join our team. As a float pool RN, you will provide evidence-based clinical care to patients across various adult acute care units, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, planning, and evaluation
  • Work effectively across multiple adult acute care units, adapting to changing needs and priorities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky or Indiana (or letter of eligibility)
  • Minimum 18 months of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within fast-paced environments
