About the JobWe are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Monmouth Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in completing intakes, providing individual, group, and family therapy, as well as referrals for ongoing mental health services and community needs.
The Social Worker is an integral part of the Early Intervention Support Services (EISS) team and will work collaboratively with each discipline to provide mental health care to the Monmouth County community.
Key Responsibilities- Perform initial diagnostic evaluations
- Prepare and maintain statistical reports and records as required by regulatory, organizational, and official agencies
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Formulate treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapy, assessment, and evaluation services
The successful candidate will possess LCSW licensure, a NJ Driver's license, and psychotherapy experience. Per diem scheduling is available, with day shifts preferred.
