Staff Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to join our team at Rialtic, Inc. As a key member of our core healthcare claims processing platform team, you will play a vital role in building solutions to improve workflows across multiple engineering teams.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing core platform features, testing scripts, and system automation tools using Golang, Python, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and various cloud services. You will also collaborate with your engineering peers and build productive relationships with members of the Go-to-Market, Product Management, Clinical Content, and other teams that need our expertise.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing new features to improving existing ones. You will also be responsible for influencing the whole Engineering organization to adopt best practices in software development and testing.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in distributed systems engineering and asynchronous processing, including experience with Goroutines, pointers, structures, REST and other API architectures, libraries, and interfaces.
Additionally, you should have 5+ years of meaningful coding experience with Golang, including shipping production systems written primarily in Go. Experience with shipping code to production in other compiled languages, such as C, C++, C#, Rust, etc., is also a plus.
