- Evaluate obstetric patients for any situations that may compromise the well-being of mother and fetus.
- Participate in routine deliveries, as well as planned or emergent Cesarean Sections.
- Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.
- Educate patients regarding their medications, procedures, and treatments, providing support throughout their stay.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of RN experience in Labor and Delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassion and empathy for patients and their families.
