Sales and Membership Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and outgoing individual to join our team as a Pilates Studio Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for selling memberships, promoting our services, and building relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wants
  • Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
Requirements:
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
  • Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
Benefits:
  • This position offers a competitive base pay of $42,000 per year, based on experience
