Job DescriptionThis role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with children and young people, and who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a critical role in creating a safe and supportive environment for our youth, and will help them develop essential life skills and achieve their personal goals.
Responsibilities- Provide emotional and practical support to youth residents
- Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation and household chores
- Help youth develop social, emotional, and independent living skills
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all youth at all times
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children or young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
