We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Event Planning Specialist to join our team at Hollstadt Consulting. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing internal and external facing meetings and events that align with our company's vision, mission, and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership and key business partners to plan and execute events, maintaining strong internal and external communications with event partners and vendors.
  • Lead large conference planning, develop themes aligning with current business plans, and coordinate script writing and presentation development.
  • Develop new areas of conference growth for attendee experiences, ensuring events are completed on-time, on-budget, and exceed stakeholder goals and expectations.
  • Build project plans, communication plans, and timelines to ensure event planning is progressing on time and as expected.
  • Source venue locations, speakers, agencies, and vendors for both short-term and ongoing purposes, managing vendor contracting as necessary.
  • Manage all aspects of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, including event budget, registration, attendee management, food and beverage planning, A/V and production needs, and other user experience levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on event promotion strategies and tactics, ensuring communications are executed on-time against event-related goals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of related professional experience, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executive management, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload, work effectively in a high-pressure environment, and multi-task between multiple projects.
  • Strong customer service orientation and skills, with demonstrated relationship and conflict management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Professional, with a valid driver's license and reliable mode of transportation.
