Key Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain financial reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, trading, and operational management, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to identify and escalate issues, and a good appreciation of risk.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ability to maintain and build excellent client relationships through regular communication and issue resolution.
