As a Trademark Attorney, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive trademark clearance searches, managing trademark prosecution, and providing strategic trademark counseling and enforcement advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough trademark clearance searches and provide detailed analysis to clients.
• Manage trademark prosecution, including filing applications and handling office actions.
• Offer strategic trademark counseling and enforcement advice to clients, ensuring their brand protection strategies are effective and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to develop and implement brand protection strategies, leveraging your expertise in trademark law to drive business growth and success.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including opinions, correspondence, and pleadings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in trademark law, preferably with a large law firm.
• Demonstrated expertise in trademark clearance, prosecution, counseling, and enforcement.
• Strong academic credentials with a J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex trademark concepts to clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
