Position Overview:

Youth Intensive Services is seeking dedicated counselors to join our dynamic and expanding programs. We value creativity and a passion for developing new counseling techniques, and we are excited to offer a $1,000 signing bonus for qualified candidates.


Role Summary:

This counseling role involves delivering intensive clinical support to children and adolescents facing mental health or substance use challenges, within both school-based and outpatient settings.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct mental health diagnostic evaluations and create comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Provide clinical guidance and leadership to the treatment team.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Mental Health discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling) and hold either Licensure or Provisional Licensure.


Job Type:

This is a full-time position, with opportunities for clinical supervision towards independent licensure, as well as access to both internal and external training programs. Internships are also available.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule consists of 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.


Remote Work:
