Froster/Baker

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we're seeking a skilled Froster/Baker to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality cakes that exceed our guests' expectations.

• Follow proprietary recipes and production methods to ensure consistency and quality in our cakes.
• Effectively utilize commercial-grade mixers, ovens, and other tools to bake and frost cakes.
• Prepare raw ingredients and equipment for baking, and monitor the baking process to ensure perfection.
• Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of baked and frosted cakes, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist the Bakery Manager in developing cake production plans and monitoring inventory levels.
• Evaluate raw ingredients and baked cakes to ensure they meet our high standards, and inform management of any quality control issues.
• Comply with all health and safety guidelines and company policies, including dress code and personal hygiene standards.
• Ensure an adequate supply of frosted cakes is available for guests in the bakery display case, and maintain appropriate frosting and frosted cake par levels.

• Ability to understand written and oral directions, and apply knowledge to perform job responsibilities.
• Basic understanding of units of measurement used in the U.S.
• Ability to perform repetitious, physical tasks that require strength and continuous movement.
• Ability to operate commercial-grade ovens and other bakery equipment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work on a tight production schedule.
• Discipline and attention to detail to adhere to health and safety practices and work environment standards.
• Diligence, organization, and self-motivation, with the ability to prioritize workload and operate independently.

Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
