Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
  • Assist with various repairs and projects as assigned
  • Utilize blueprints and manuals for maintenance activities
  • Interpret written instructions, sketches, and plans effectively
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in mechanical rooms and workspaces
  • Procure parts and materials as necessary
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of required documentation

Qualifications:

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • Vocational training or trade school education is preferred
  • Prior experience in maintenance is advantageous
  • Proven mechanical skills and aptitude are essential

Ability to exert force ranging from 20-50 pounds occasionally and 10-25 pounds frequently.
