Janitorial Supervisor - AEG

We are seeking a highly skilled Janitorial Supervisor to lead our cleaning operations and ensure our facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct the operations of assigned cleaning staff, ensuring that quality control measures are in place to maintain high levels of service.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning specifications are being followed and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping staff to achieve cleaning objectives and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Report any damage or maintenance needs to the Facilities Manager and/or building management.
  • Take initiative in regard to job functions and accept new responsibilities as needed.
  • Ensure that outside areas and entrances are clean and free of trash.
  • Contribute to identifying ways to increase efficiency and productivity within the facility.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in janitorial services, preferably in a supervisor capacity.
  • Customer service focused and willing to interact with the public during events.
  • Ability to multitask and handle machines and equipment.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
