Peraton is seeking a skilled Access Database Manager to work onsite in West Bethesda, MD. This individual will be responsible for the following:
  1. Optimizing and enhancing the utility of a legacy MS Access database of technical materials data.
  2. Importing existing and new technical data into the database.
  3. Collaborating with scientists to generate reports of database contents.
  4. Providing primary support for MS Access.
  5. Performing tasks that may require MS Office skills such as MS Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc), MS Project, Outlook skills (mail merge for example), MS Word (mostly adapting existing memos to new data).
  6. Utilizing MS Office skills to find information on how to perform tasks not familiar with using resources such as Google, YouTube, Percipio, etc.
Requirements

A BS in a technical discipline with 5-7 years of experience or MS with 3-5 years experience is required. Active DOD Secret Clearance is also required. Additionally, 5 years of MS Access experience is necessary.
