Job Summary

We are seeking experienced commercial roofers to join our team at PeopleReady Skilled Trades. As a commercial roofer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various roofing systems, including EPDM, Mop-down, and TPO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect roof structures, clearing hazards and debris.
  • Safely install scaffolding, ladders, and roof hoist equipment as needed for roof access.
  • Mop and pour hot asphalt and tar onto low or steep roof bases while applying gravel or peddle using rakes or staff-bristle.
  • Spray treatment chemicals, install vapor barriers, and/or caulking.
  • Repair, replace, or remove broken materials.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of roofing experience (EPDM, Mop-down, or TPO systems) strongly preferred.
  • OSHA certification or willingness to obtain, along with knowledge of safety practices and regulations such as fall prevention.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. safely and on a consistent basis.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Self-motivated with great attention to detail.
