About the Role

This senior-level position involves overseeing all aspects of anatomic pathology services, including laboratory operations, quality assurance, and patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with pathologists to identify special techniques and procedures necessary for patient care;
  • Preparation of tissue samples, slides, blocks, and requisitions for specialized testing;
  • Serving as an operational leader to the pathology department;

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of anatomic pathology services and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. A minimum of three years of prior Certified Pathologists Assistant experience in the last five years is required, along with a Master's degree in biological sciences or related field.
