About the PositionWe are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in computational biology, statistical genetics, or a related field. They will be responsible for designing and implementing computational pipelines to analyze large-scale genomic data, as well as collaborating with experimental scientists to develop new research projects.
The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a relevant field, a strong publication record, and excellent programming skills. They will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, and to communicate complex scientific concepts effectively.
Responsibilities- Design and implement computational pipelines to analyze large-scale genomic data
- Collaborate with experimental scientists to develop new research projects
- Conduct independent research and present findings to the team
- Contribute to the development of new computational tools and methods
- PhD in a relevant field (computational biology, statistical genetics, genomics, etc.)
- Strong publication record in a relevant field
- Excellent programming skills (Python, R, etc.)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
