Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and Treat Patients: Diagnose and treat patients with a wide range of dental needs, including routine cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more.
- Lead Clinical Team: Oversee the clinical team to ensure proper patient care and maintain a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Provide Excellent Patient Care: Provide exceptional care and treatment to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the dental experience.
- Collaborate with Dental Hygiene Department: Work closely with the dental hygiene department to ensure proper preventative and periodontal care for patients.
- Present Treatment Plans: Present treatment plans to patients using digital tools and information to increase case acceptance.
- Maintain Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and notes.
- Refer Patients to Specialists: Refer patients with needs outside of your scope of comfort to specialists for further treatment.
- Comply with Regulatory Agencies: Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- Up-to-Date Knowledge: Possess up-to-date knowledge of dental standards and guidelines, public health standards, and dental medicine trends and advances.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate great communication skills and a caring bedside manner.
- Technical Skills: Be proficient in endodontic therapy, implants, clear aligners, and surgical procedures.
- Computer Proficiency: Possess computer proficiency and be able to effectively use digital tools and software.
- Experience: Have a minimum of 3 years of in-office experience as a General Dentist.
- Certifications: Hold current and unrestricted state license in good standing, CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications.
Compensation:
$160,000 - $280,000 Production-Based
