Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Medical Office Assistant to support our front office and reception duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and filing medical documents, greeting patients, and performing receptionist duties. This is a day shift position located at our Home Health Clinic in Yakima, WA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file medical documents for patient files, maintaining an accurate filing system.
  • Greet patients and assist with paperwork as needed.
  • Perform receptionist duties, routing calls to appropriate parties.
  • Collaborate effectively across department and organizational boundaries.
  • Adhere to the core values and standards of the organization.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • One or more years' experience working in an administrative position supporting office staff and activities.
  • One or more years' experience in customer service or a clinical business environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft software products and systems.
  • Oral and written fluency in the English language.
