We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Per Diem PACU team at Hackettstown Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining accurate health records.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to address these needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current RN licensure in New Jersey.
- BSN degree or higher.
- Current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications.
- At least 1 year of experience in a PACU or critical care setting.
