Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough medical assessments and develop treatment plans for residents.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Prescribe and manage medications, as well as implement interventions to support patient stability.
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Facilitate transitions between care settings and provide educational tools to patients and families.
- Must be an unrestricted New York State licensed Physician, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of three years' experience in healthcare, with at least one year in recovery or human services fields.
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner must satisfy physician collaboration requirements.
- New York State driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- $250.00 conditional sign-on bonus.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance with employer contributions.
- Generous PTO and sick time.
$70.00/Hour
