About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Disaster Restoration team as a Disaster Restoration Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in serving our customers during times of need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-level cleaning and restoration services for residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and restoration of personal property items, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment
  • Work closely with Lead Technicians and supervisors to ensure seamless execution of restoration projects
  • Set up and maintain workstations, including assembling and organizing equipment and supplies
  • Utilize smart devices and applications to streamline restoration processes
  • Assist in identifying and documenting damaged items
  • Gather, sort, and pack affected contents for restoration and disposal
  • Inventory and package personal property items for restoration and storage
  • Clean and process affected contents, including laundry, furniture, and other items
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and systems
  • Repackage and restore cleaned contents
  • Communicate effectively with management and team leaders to ensure project success
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including restocking supplies and equipment
  • Ensure job site security and safety, adhering to all applicable regulations and guidelines
  • Represent ServiceMaster Restore with professionalism and integrity, upholding our core values
  • Provide exceptional customer service, focusing on meeting and exceeding customer expectations
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility and truck, ensuring all equipment is in good working order
  • Be available for on-call rotations and participate in emergency response efforts as needed

Requirements:

  • Desire to join a world-class team and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Dedication to customer service and satisfaction
  • Fluency in English
  • Clean criminal background check (no felonies or major misdemeanors)
  • Ability to pass initial and random drug testing
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently or team lift heavier items
  • Able to pass a respirator fit test and physical examination/testing
  • Desire to continually learn and grow with our company
