About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Professional Nurse to join our team at Albany County. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a TB health clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient care needs and develop effective nursing plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • Provide professional nursing services, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Supervise sub-professional nursing personnel to ensure smooth operation of the clinic.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to track patient progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong educational background in nursing, with a focus on patient-centered care. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $48,000 - $53,000, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.
