As a Mobility Specialist, you will assess patients' strength, function, and mobility, develop personalized treatment plans, maintain accurate records, and educate patients on self-care techniques. Your expertise will play a critical role in enhancing patients' overall well-being and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address patients' needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of recent experience in an outpatient setting
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Physical Therapy)
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state/compact license
