Sushi Chef

Trapper's Sushi Co. Avondale is seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sushi dishes and providing exceptional guest experiences.

• Prepare and cook sushi dishes to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and colleagues to ensure seamless service.
• Stay up-to-date on menu items, promotions, and seasonal offerings.

• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a related culinary role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Washington State Food Worker Card required.

• Regularly lift items up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 20 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for long periods, walk, reach, lift, twist, and crouch occasionally.
