As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in fostering a fun environment and providing exceptional Red Carpet Customer Service to our guests. You'll be responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events, while also operating assigned bank or window according to department and regulatory guidelines.

Our ideal candidate is a people person with an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude. You'll enjoy hosting others and be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests. If you have a general cashiering background or prior money handling experience, that's a plus

Plus, you'll receive competitive compensation, including an estimated salary of $45,000-$60,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Here are some of the key responsibilities of this role:

  • Foster a fun environment and provide exceptional guest service
  • Operate assigned bank or window according to department and regulatory guidelines
  • Count down bank or window at end of each shift and reconcile to the draw amount
  • Efficiently and accurately process all pari-mutuel wagers
  • Presents oneself as a credit to the company and encourages others to do the same

And here are some of the required skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • General cashiering background or prior money handling experience preferred
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Ability to learn and comply with department, property, and regulatory policy and procedure
