Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care in the Emergency Room setting
  • Lead and mentor staff members to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient department operations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Arizona
  • At least 2 years of experience in ER nursing, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
