- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize maintenance operations.
- 5+ years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
