Ideal Candidate:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting Classroom Management: Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Building Relationships: Establish strong connections with children and their families.
- Creating a Nurturing Environment: Maintain a consistently positive, clean, and supportive atmosphere for the children in your care.
Qualifications:
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Possession of an active CDA or a degree in Early Childhood Education is highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year working in a licensed childcare setting.
- Training:
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is required.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Availability: Must be able to work full-time from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or part-time from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
