Preschool Teacher Leader

At Young Impressions Chilcare LLC, we offer a nurturing and engaging preschool program designed to foster a love of learning in young children. Our experienced teachers create a warm and welcoming environment that encourages socialization, creativity, and academic growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our preschool classroom, creating lesson plans, and assessing student progress. They will also communicate regularly with parents and other school personnel to ensure a collaborative approach to education.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum aligned with state standards
• Teach beginning reading and math skills using various instructional methods
• Assist children in developing social and emotional skills through interactive activities
• Use technology to enhance instruction and engage students
• Communicate effectively with parents and other school personnel
• Evaluate student progress regularly

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Problem-solving and mediation skills

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
