Lead Mixologist

Location: Castroville, TX

Compensation:
$16.00 per hour + Tips

Schedule:

As a Lead Mixologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional bar experience. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual who is passionate about crafting exquisite cocktails and providing top-notch service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages
  • Oversee inventory management and order supplies as necessary
  • Train and mentor bartenders and barbacks
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar environment
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all patrons
  • Design and refresh cocktail menus
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
  • Accurately handle cash and credit transactions

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Lead Mixologist or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of cocktails and mixology techniques
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in bartending or hospitality is advantageous
