Requirements

  • You must be 18 years of age or older for AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO, or 21 years of age for all other states.
  • Retail and/or Food Management experience is required.
  • You must be willing to work any shift as needed, offering flexibility and adaptability.
  • Occasional travel for regional and district meetings may be required.
  • You must have a valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
  • A customer-centric mindset is essential, as is the ability to clear a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history check.
  • You must be prepared to complete Topshelf Manager Training (for Tennessee stores).
