The Executive Assistant provides critical administrative support to the Senior Vice President (SVP) for Partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact for all scheduling, meeting, and travel arrangements. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the SVP's calendar, coordinating meetings, and preparing travel arrangements

  • Screening incoming mail and phone calls, directing them to the appropriate person or corresponding directly

  • Maintaining comprehensive understanding of the workflow of Partnerships and keeping current on administrative systems used

  • Participating fully in Pew's Salesforce constituent relationship management (CRM) and PeopleSoft financial systems

  • Assisting with the development and submission of memos, letters, concept papers, proposals, grant reports, emails, and other communications

  • Performing general administrative duties, including corresponding with other departments and outside contacts on behalf of the SVP

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of administrative procedures and Microsoft systems, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently to meet goals.
