- Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and coordinating the delivery of services
- Tracking and reporting on service delivery and performance metrics
- Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies
- Preparing and distributing reports and other materials to stakeholders
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an office environment
- A valid driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain a Public Trust clearance
