Work Timing: Eastern Time Zone

Responsibilities
  • Oversee a portfolio of projects across multiple clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of clients' business models and industry/issue areas.
  • Identify additional opportunities and new projects to support customers' business objectives.
  • Engage in direct communications with clients, fostering strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with Client, Pre-Sales, and Technical teams to develop resource and budget forecasts for client engagements.
  • Consolidate status reports across multiple ongoing projects into a program/portfolio view for senior stakeholders and internal team members.
  • Participate in presentations to share relevant project documentation with clients, in collaboration with account team members.
  • Attend retrospectives to develop insights for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in developing case studies of completed projects, assessing the potential for accelerating capabilities through product or accelerator development.
  • Oversee project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide business direction to technical teams, leveraging deep knowledge of customers' businesses.
  • Monitor overruns, problem management, and process improvements throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating with third-party teams and vendors as needed.
Qualifications
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field, plus five years of experience in project management, including experience in at least two of the following verticals: pharmaceutical distribution, retail/e-commerce, or manufacturing.
  • Five years of experience with agile project management methodologies, including a minimum of three years using Microsoft Project and one year using Jira, Trello, Asana, or other Kanban boards.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-year projects and/or programs, with three years of experience utilizing leadership and managerial skills, working with diverse teams across multiple geographies.
  • Proficient in remote collaboration tools, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.
  • Two years' experience working in the WooCommerce platform.
  • Two years' experience with Application Development or Application Modernization.
  • PMP certification.
  • May work from home within commuting distance of the office.
