Clinical Support Associate

As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced medical environment. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, using various medical equipment, and communicating with patients and families. Key Responsibilities:
• Greets and escorts patients to exam rooms, prepares them for physician visits by obtaining initial information and vital signs
• Prepares exam rooms for patients with attention to cleanliness and availability of supplies
• Assists with and/or performs exams, tests, and procedures under the supervision of licensed medical professionals
• Schedules appointments and sets up referral contacts as needed
• Maintains quality control testing logs and ensures all medical equipment is in proper working condition
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant Program certification preferred
• One (1) year of clinical experience or completion of a healthcare education course work
• Ability to use and care of all equipment including printers, embossers, and computers
Salary: $38,000 - $48,000 per year, depending on experience. Salary range may vary based on location, qualifications, and other factors.
