Job Title: Teller Operations Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Teller Operations Supervisor to oversee all aspects of teller operations at our bank. This role involves supervising teller personnel, maintaining security measures, and assisting in reaching business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising teller operations and providing training for banking professionals
  • Consolidating daily teller sheets and resolving any issues
  • Maintaining security of the teller area and vault
  • Approving transactions on selected deposit accounts
  • Handling return items and uncollected overdrafts
  • Performing banking tasks as required
  • Assisting in new accounts area when necessary
  • Handling adjustments to accounts and certificates
  • Processing business account transactions
  • Completing other assigned duties
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of teller and supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work with customers to understand their financial needs
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
  • Preferred bilingual in Spanish

Training and Development:
