As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all-out fun.

Job Overview

This role requires a strong communicator who will guide our Guests through their Midway experience. You will greet Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions. Your primary goal is to ensure that every Guest leaves with a memorable experience and invites them to return.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional Guest service by being friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable about our menu, drinks, and games.
  • Manage wait times and communicate information as needed to Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
  • Provide game assistance by promptly notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
  • Bid farewell to Guests leaving and ensure everything was satisfactory and invite them to return.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be at least 16 years old and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions and have a flexible schedule to accommodate school or other jobs.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $11-$13 per hour, depending on location and experience. We offer competitive pay and benefits packages to ensure our employees feel valued and rewarded for their hard work.
