We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Winner Regional Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current RN licensure in the State of South Dakota or multi-state licensure privileges.
- Graduate from an American College of Nursing or National League for Nursing accredited college of nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Registered Nurse will work in a hospital setting, providing care to patients of all ages. The work environment is fast-paced and requires strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The Registered Nurse will be required to stand for long periods, lift patients, and use equipment to perform procedures.
