Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, and educating patients on kidney dialysis-related topics. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
  • Perform hemodialysis machine setup and maintenance
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on kidney dialysis-related topics
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
