Floral Designer

Join our team of creative professionals as a Terrain Artisan, where you will have the opportunity to showcase your artistic skills and passion for horticulture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning floral designs that inspire and delight our customers.

• Customer Experience: Build strong relationships with customers, providing personalized attention and ensuring prompt communication with project inquiries.
• Product Knowledge: Share expertise on new arrivals, current trends, and product knowledge to inspire customer choices and drive sales.
• Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate with the team to achieve common design goals, participating in daily meetings and sharing passion for plant, horticulture, and floral design.
• Visual & Business Operations: Understand the Terrain aesthetic and partner with design leadership to create compelling merchandise displays and installations, ensuring proper care and restocking of plant displays.

• Experience: Customer service and horticultural and floral design experience.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of hand tools, wire usage, and glue guns, as well as an art and design background.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Range: USD $19.00/Hr.
